Cost
Generally, I do my work based on an hourly rate of $15/hour until the job is complete
I also ask for any known expenses up front, such as the money needed to establish the hosting site.
If the company has a budget that I need to work within, I do my best not to exceed their proposed cost. If for example, you had limited funds of $500, then I would perhaps suggest a different hosting site, or donate some of my services. Really, my purpose is to give you what you need. However, the terms of payment and the freedom with which I bill my expenses must be determined before I begin work. I cannot put in several hours of labor and then be told that I won't be paid.
At the moment, depending on the exact requirements of your site, the only costs I can see are my labor and the cost of the hosting site.
I will be happy to give you a more detailed cost estimate after you have reviewed this proposal (specifically the test site I put together for EyeView) and determined how close that sample is to the actual site format and structure.
